+ Self Talk
I panic a lot.
Easily distressed even by little things like going late or untidy bedroom.
Sometimes emotions come out of nowhere like a hurricane destroying our peace of mind and pushing us into the verge of chaos.
I learn that some + self talk always do the trick.
Saying, “Sagi, everything is going to be fine” always puts my raging mind at ease.
