Today I had a long conversation with a masseur.

My body ached all over, not to mention the lower back pain (Geez...it hurt), so a massage would be a sensible thing to do.

Didn’t expect to converse this long. But we did.

After the long conversation, I felt super grateful for what I had.

Like I said...the story we tell ourselves matter!

We can choose to tell a story of victimhood, of loss, of pain, of poverty. But what good does that do?

He taught me to revise every narrative into a learning curve. Of growth. And above all - of gratitude.

No matter how small you earn - as long as you’re grateful - you’ll be content.

What narrative did you tell yourself today?
