I think these two videos are a must-watch for anyone who wants to speed up the realizations of their dreams...

Write them down...

Research shows that the act of writing down your dreams will increase the success rate by 42%...amazing!

To sum up:

#1 Writing improves your encoding process.

The energy or vibration of our written words then gets carried through the fluid that surrounds the brain and up and down the spinal cord, eventually becoming impressed in the subconscious mind.

#2 Written goals demand clarity.

A more effective way to ensure you reach this goal is to describe EXACTLY what you want, the more specific, the better.

#3 Thinking about doing something is not the same as actually doing something.

The achievement of your goals depends on your daily baby steps. They may be small steps, but they're steps that you're ACTUALLY taking, and that's what counts.

My personal story, I wrote a dream back in 2016...I put a deadline by January 1, 2017.

It was long overdue...long past the deadline...but it happened.

On Fri, August 14, 2018, at around 2 PM in Jakarta, this came true.

Looking back, I think I would have not been able to actually achieve this if not due to the writing.

Although it felt a bit impossible at the time, somehow the universe showed and led me to achieve it.

Now I know it's scientifically proven, I definitely write my goals down, visualize, and self-affirm every day.

If you remain skeptical about this, maybe you should try and see it for yourself.
