What I learn from the West, we are very goal-oriented.


I know where I want to go, and I am very directed in getting there.

This may be useful, but often I forget to enjoy myself along the route.


Just be aimless...


The idea is to be present and live in the moment. Internalize that everything you need is here. You don't have to chase after the things that are still in the future.


Sometimes, we should live aimlessly to fully live.


Often we tell ourselves...

Don't just sit there, do something!

Awareness teaches us to be still.


Stillness is helpful:

Don't just do something, sit there!

Everyone needs to learn how to stop from time to time to see clearly.

At first, stopping may look like resistance to modern life, unproductive.


But the truth is that stopping helps you focus and get organized better, leading to less stress and anxiety.




When was the last time you simply cherished the moment without any rush?

With no desire to move forward or backward.

With no worries of the past or anxieties of the future.

When were you completely immersed in the present moment?


Let's appreciate such moments of peace in our lives that are becoming increasingly rare.
