Challenge 1
So I got bored with life and decided to have a challenge to spice things up a bit.
Was inspired by a YouTube vid about intermittent fasting for a week.
So I tweaked it a bit and came out with my own version - Challenge 1.
So from Oct 31 all the way to Nov 10.
18 hours = fasting
6 hours = window of eating
Mon Thu = full fasting
Wed Fri Sat Sun = water only
Food = anything that my heart desires
Outcomes:
1. Will my abs be more defined?
2. Will I think clearer?
3. Will I be more grateful?
