Always Keep Fighting

Inspiration from Jared
"You hear a lot of good; you hear a lot of bad. You just have to throw it all out and worry about who you are on the inside."
"I've noticed that the more comfortable I've become with myself, the better actor I've become. Because once you're sure of who you are, you're not afraid to step into somebody else's shoes."
"Every point in your life, even if it's tough, is something to cherish and to be happy about."
"Don't place expectations on someone. Enjoy the time you have together and let it go where it goes."
"I think with relationships, whether it's romantic or platonic or familial, I think the more you go through, the more highs and lows you see and come out the other side...The more you come out the other side stronger."
"Anywhere I can be with my family is the happiest place on Earth."
"Don't look at things as obstacles, but a step on a ladder."
"If you can make a difference for one person, then it's worth it."
"When life beats you down, never give up."
"The only thing that you have, that nobody else has, is you."
"Always Keep Fighting."
Has anyone ever gotten depression for apparently no reason?
Has anybody ever experienced depression without any outward symptoms?
Have you ever felt so lonely where you weren't alone?
I turned to Google to find some info about mental health.
For Indonesia, this is what I found from TEMPO.CO
9 Million Indonesians Suffer from Depression: Report
TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Depression is a mental disorder that frequently occurs around the globe. It is also the main case of suicide that has taken hundreds and thousands of lives every year.
Chairman of Indonesian Psychiatric Association (PDSKJI) Eka Viora said that in Indonesia the prevalence of people suffering from depression is 3.7 percent from the population. "So it means 9 million people out of 250 million people suffer from depression," Eka said in a press conference on the celebration of world’s health day with the theme 'Depression: Let's Talk' and the launch of Elxion in Jakarta on Thursday (18/5).
Based on the result of basic health research (Riskesdas 2013), the number of prevalence of emotional mental disorder shown by symptoms of depression and anxiety is 6 percent for people age 15 and older.
"Or around 14 million people," she said. In terms of severe mental disorder such as schizophrenia, the prevalence is 1.7 per 1,000 people or around 400,000 people.
Dharmawangsa Psychiatric Hospital director Richard Budiman said that more than 300 million people of all ages suffer from depression in the world. "It went up 18 percent from 2005 to 2015," Richard added. He also explained that WHO ranked depression as the fourth most frequently occurring disease in the world.
So...I think depression, mental health, and things like these must be taken seriously. I think everyone goes through some kind of depression at sometime in their lives.
And like Jared, I have come to the conclusion that I believe I get depressed every now and again. I think it's pretty normal because you have work, friends, relationships, and stuff that can get you stressful.
Fortunately, I don't think I ever get bullied or have any "mental health problem."
I'm not the kind to cut or any other things depressed people do.
But if you feel like you have some of these things: depression, anxiety, cutting, eating-disorder, please do seek help!
Talk to people who know how to treat these, or to a friend that you're comfortable to confide in.
You're not alone.
And I think try to find positive reassurance or quotes or someone whom you can look up to.
And for me - it's Jared.
If you don't know him, he is the guy from 'Supernatural' series on CW.
I've watched the whole season from season 1 to season 9 (actually, there're 12 seasons...season 13 is coming this Oct...) I'm still catching up with the whole season.
I think I am addicted to the series...because I feel like I could relate to the story like in almost every possible way...
Tip: Google 'Supernatural' for more...
Anyway, I hope this #AlwaysKeepFighting campaign would continue for many years to come...(even after the series ends...I hope it never ends...but I don't know...)
I want to leave you with this amazing photo of Jared with the "Always Keep Fighting" quotes..
I took this from Jared's Instagram @jaredpadalecki
